Bio
Altug will study comparative politics with a focus on the rise of right-wing populism in Europe. In particular, he wants to focus on the right-wing turn in rural areas in countries like Turkey, Brazil, the UK and Germany. Altug has a B.S. from SUNY Binghamton, an MBA from Sabanci University and an M.S. from Penn State in international affairs.
