Bio
Ananda Collins was born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee. She earned a B.A. in political science from Jackson State University in May 2020. Her research interests focus on Black political behavior and mobilization, particularly Black language and political engagement in the digital space; Black youth political engagement; and Black media. She also explores digital politics, public opinion, AI ethics, and broader themes in media and politics, political communication, political participation, and political behavior.
