Bio
Patrick will study comparative politics with a focus on bureaucratic politics in authoritarian governments, particularly China. He wants to focus on the state and local levels along with how bureaucrats interact with citizens. Patrick has a B.A. in political science from Nankai University and an M.A. in political science from Boston College.
