Zafar Ali

Bio

Zafar Ali hails from Karachi, Pakistan. He received an International Baccalaureate Diploma from United World College in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and studied Political Science and Economics at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. For his PhD, his concentrations will be Comparative Politics and Public Policy and Administration. Zafar's research interests center on comparative study of state welfare policies in developing countries.
