Bio

Christopher Casey is an analyst of International Trade and Finance Section, Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade Division of the Congressional Research Service.  He has served as Samuel L. Golieb Post-Doctoral Fellow in Law and History at the New York University School of Law and as a volunteer to Judge Gary Katzmann at the United States Court of International Trade.  He holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Berkeley; a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley; and a M.A. and B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley.
