Bio
Anna Delapaz is a Ph.D. student in sociology at Syracuse University, where she explores how welfare state policies impact the care work of parenting, with a focus on breastfeeding choices in the U.S. and Europe. As a registered dietitian, Anna has experience in both pediatric care and increasing food access through the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. She is passionate about exploring the intersections of public health, nutrition and social policy to better understand how these factors shape individual behavior.
