Bio
Jinpu Wang is a doctoral candidate in sociology. His academic interests include migration, social mobility, political economy, family and education. His dissertation project investigates the links between recent Chinese emigration to West Africa and China's political-economic change. Jinpu received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Shandong University in China, and his master’s degree in public policy analysis from the University of Maryland, College Park.
