Research Interests
Katherine will study international relations with a focus on climate policy and politics. She is interested in examining the intersection of international climate policies and security. This includes national targeting of nuclear energy and natural resources in wars along with the movement of climate refugees. Katherine has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.L. and J.D. from Georgetown University.
