Bio
Lyuan is from China. He received a B.S./B.A. in finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.P.A. from Cornell's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy. His research interests are risky behavior, public health and social policy. Lyuan will be working with Professors Colleen Heflin and Michiko Ueda-Ballmer.
