Bio

Michael Shurkin is director of Global Programs at 14 North Strategies and the founder and president of Shurbros Global Strategies. Previously he served as a CIA political analyst and was a senior political scientist at RAND Corporation. He has a Ph.D. in history from Yale University and also studied at Stanford University and the Ecole des Hautes Études en Science Sociales in Paris, France.
