Bio

Moses is a student of international relations and comparative political economy. Before joining Syracuse University he taught international business and trade at the African Leadership University Rwanda, while also working as a trade and development policy consultant. He has also worked on projects focused on international science and technology policy, including as a Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, in Washington D..

Moses has an M.A. in international relations and an M.Phil. in inclusive innovation from the University of Cape Town, and a B.Sc. in political science from the University of Mauritius. He was also a graduate exchange fellow at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Moses has an interest in African agencies and Africa’s engagement with the international system on issues ranging from trade, climate change and sustainable development, to science and technology collaboration. He has previously worked in the political economy of international trade, EU/U.S. – Africa relations, social entrepreneurship and inclusive innovation, and leadership development in Africa.
