Bio
Nell Bartkowiak serves as the director of the Executive Master of Public Administration online program. She received a master of international affairs from Columbia University after completing her coursework there in 2002.
Nell started working for the Maxwell School in 2003. In her current position with the school she supports the ongoing development and administration of the program including marketing, student recruitment and admissions, student advising and degree certification, as well as faculty recruitment, training and support.
Previously, she has worked to support international initiatives across a consortium of small liberal arts schools, has worked in study abroad, and has worked on international environmental policy with the federal government. She is from Bethesda, Maryland, and currently resides in Manlius, New York, with her husband and two children. Nell holds a B.A. in biology and Chinese from Grinnell College (2001) and an M.I.A. from Columbia University (2002).
