Paul Driscoll has been an adjunct professor at Syracuse University since 2006 teaching housing policy and geographic information systems. During that time, he served as commissioner of neighborhood and business development for the City of Syracuse, served as lead planner for Home HeadQuarters, Inc., a nonprofit housing organization in Syracuse, and currently provides infrastructure mapping and analysis for Onondaga County’s Department of Water Environment Protection.
