Bio
Bill Hederman is currently senior advisor for QCoeffecient and senior fellow at University of Pennsylvania's Kleinman Center for Energy Policy.
Previously, Hederman was senior policy advisor to the secretary and executive analytic Llader in the Office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis for the Quadrennial Energy Review, U.S. Department of Energy. He was a recipient of the Secretary's Achievement Award in 2016, leading spokesman for the Department of Energy policy and strategy, and departmental thought leader and liaison to U.S. industry, EU/EC experts and Ukraine and other European nations on energy regulatory changes and strategic planning.
Hederman was also the director and national advisory leader for energy regulatory compliance and other energy policy and technology innovation issues at Deloitte & Touche. He earned a M.S. in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a B.A. in public policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
