MAXCNY Lecture Series 2012 "Onondaga County Save the Rain: Balancing Green and Gray Infrastructure Solutions to Clean our Waterways" Program Coordinator Madison Quinn will provide an overview of the Save the Rain program - Onondaga County's innovative approach to managing stormwater. The County is implementing a combination of traditional gray infrastructure and innovative green infrastructure development to prevent combined sewer overflow events which can harm the water quality of Onondaga Lake and its tributaries. The presentation will include a recap of completed projects, the success of Project 50, and a look toward the future of the program.
