"Access to Health Insurance and the Use of Inpatient Medical Care:  Evidence from the Affordable Care Young Adult Mandate" - Prof. Simon specializes in Health economics and policy. She investigates the impact of state and federal regulations attempting to ease the availability of private and public health insurance for vulnerable populations on health insurance, health and labor market outcomes.  She is a Professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
