Promise Land is an intense and engaging drama about the lives of three families from India negotiating their way into the U.S. The Khans try to prevent their family from being shattered, young IT professionals struggle to find work-life balance, and Ruby and Jennifer negotiate their relationship in light of Ruby's mother's meddling.
