Central American Spring?

Guatemala is facing a major political crisis. A U.N. commission helped uncover a corruption scheme that shook Guatemala's regime. The President and Vice-President of Guatemala resigned and were jailed.
Honduras and El Salvador are following suit in this widespread anti-corruption sentiment. Could this be a tipping point to a "Central American Spring"? Dr. Eduardo Stein Barrillas, former Vice President of Guatemala, will lead a panel discussion on the effects of UN intervention and civil society movements in Central America.

Speaker:

Dr.Eduardo Stein Barrillas, Guatemala's Vice President (2004-2008)
