Phanstiel Lecture Presents The Honorable Andrew H. Card, Jr.

The Honorable Andrew H. Card, Jr. is Chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy and former White House Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush. His talk, "The Responsibility of Global Leadership," Lessons Learned as a White House Chief of Staff, will be held at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C.


The Phanstiel Lectures are organized by Sean O'Keefe who is the Howard G. and S. Louise Phanstiel Chair in Strategic Management and Leadership at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. The Phanstiels established this prestigious chair to provide enhanced training for future government leaders who are ethical, strategic and innovative thinkers.
