The panel will include Christopher Frantz (Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology), Seth Frey (University of California, Davis), Colleen Heflin (Syracuse University), Leonard Lopoo (Syracuse University), and Doug Rice (University of Massachusetts Amherst).
