Conflict Management Center Presents: Group Facilitation

Become familiar with the fundamentals of group facilitation and familiarize yourself with the roles and skills used in group facilitation. Among other things, you will learn about the difference between active and reflective listening, different forms of questioning and the process of consensus-building. 

Facilitated by Tina Nabatchi, Joseph A. Strasser Endowed Professor in Public Administration and director of PARCC, this workshop is open to all - register today before it fills up!
