Conflict Management Center Presents: Interest-Based Problem Solving

Interest-Based Problem Solving is an approach to addressing conflict that seeks to identify and satisfy the underlying interests of all parties. This interactive workshop focuses on the basic steps of Interest Based Problem Solving by equipping you with the tools and skills to identify interests, reframe problems, and then generate and decide on mutually satisfying solutions.

This workshop will be hosted by Professor Todd Dickey and is open to all.

We’re Turning 100!


To mark our centennial in the fall of 2024, the Maxwell School will hold special events and engagement opportunities to celebrate the many ways—across disciplines and borders—our community ever strives to, as the Oath says, “transmit this city not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.”
