The Moynihan Institute’s Center for European Studies presents three Ukrainian experts: Maria Avdeeva, Tetiana Hranchak and Mariana Semenyshyn. They will share their views on the course of the war and where it might go in the coming year.

Vladimir Putin and Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022. Putin thought the war would be over in three days.  Three years later, Ukraine is still standing, but the toll on Ukrainian society has been severe.
