Regression Workshop I (Intro):
A refresher on multivariate regression, including review of dependent versus explanatory variables, guidance on how to build a regression with multiple variables, and an introduction to different types of regression models. This workshop will be led by Baobao Zhang and Chris Faricy (political science) and is geared toward beginners.
This is part one of a two-part sequence, but attendees do not need to attend both sessions. The second session is on Monday, April 7. The goal is to provide a practical and approachable refresher on the basics of regression models, help attendees build their own models from the ground up, and answer any questions.
This workshop is coordinated by the Campbell Public Affairs Institute.
