The Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) is a multifaceted, interdisciplinary research center that advances both theory and practice in the fields of conflict and collaboration

Eva Wolf is a visiting scholar working with Professor Tina Nabatchi.  She  will present the results of her PhD project, and explain both how the conflict over the Oosterweelconnection escalated, as well as her preliminary thoughts about how conflict can be dealt with in more productive ways.
