Mathematica Policy Research has appointed Maxwell alumna Kimberlin Butler ’03 MPA as their new director of foundation engagement. Mathematica is a policy research organization that seeks to improve public well-being through improved data collection and analysis. Butler will lead the organization’s work with foundations, grantees, and their partners.
Butler has more than 17 years of experience in public education, public affairs, and philanthropy. Before joining Mathematica, she served as a strategy consultant for Greenway Strategy Group, as a director of strategic partnerships for StriveTogether, and as an education pioneer/manager for the U.S. Department of Education.
