Queen Elizabeth II passed away on Thursday, setting in motion the carefully choreographed pageantry that's been in the planning for years.

Large crowds are expected to pay their respects as she lies in state in parliament and world leaders will begin arriving in the UK to pay their respects before her funeral at Westminster Abbey.

“She’s been on the British throne for 70 years. She’s the longest-ever reigning monarch, the oldest monarch ever to rule England, or Great Britain,” says Kyle. “This is a person who’s lived through and met 15 prime ministers of the United Kingdom, and 14 presidents of the United States.”
