Mary Lovely was interviewed for the Financial Times article "Brazen about-face by Trump in TPP policy rethink." Lovely says any negotiations to rejoin the TPP would probably drag well into next year. As a result they are unlikely to give Mr. Trump any quick political victory in farm states. 04/17/18
