Robert Murrett, deputy director of the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, was interviewed for the Politico article, "Trump's tough talk does little to deter North Korea." Murrett is doubtful that additional military steps by the U.S. and its allies would force a change in behavior on the part of Pyongyang resulting in stabilizing the situation. "It is very important to deal very carefully with North Korea," says Murrett. "They are [a] less rational actor than other international players." 08/30/17
