Tina Nabatchi, Joseph A. Strasser Endowed Professor in Public Administration, was interviewed for the Federal News Network (FNN) article "FOIA study indicates ‘imbalance’ between agency staff and number of cases." According to Nabatchi, the ratio between workforce and number of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests appears difficult to manage.
