Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev has died at the age of 91. Brian Taylor, professor of political science and expert on Russian politics, spoke with CBS News about about Gorbachev's legacy.
"I think the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the Soviet Union at the time that it happened and the way that it happened is completely unimaginable without Gorbachev's decisions as leader of the Soviet Union," says Taylor. "In that sense he's a transformational figure in the 20th century."
