Brian Taylor was interviewed on Australia's ABC radio regarding the detention of former US Marine Paul Whelan in Russia. "At the moment I would lean towards an explanation that has much more to do with what's going on in terms of the FSB [Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation] trying to up its image," Taylor told ABC, "maybe even some agent within the FSB trying to burnish his or her credentials rather than some massive plot organized by the Russian government." 01/10/19
