Andrew Maxwell ’06 MPA, Corey Williams ’07 MPA, and Andrew Lunetta ’14 MPA were each recognized as one of Central New York’s 40 under Forty.

The 40 under Forty award is presented by M&T Bank and the Business Journal News Network (BJNN), a Syracuse-headquartered print, digital, and events company focusing on local businesses across the region; BJNN publishes the Central New York Business Journal.

The award, now in its 22nd year, recognizes and empowers the future leaders of Central New York by highlighting their accomplishments across the region. As part of this program, each honoree will participate in a community volunteer project with a local nonprofit organization.

Andrew Maxwell is currently senior program manager and innovation strategist at C & S Companies, a comprehensive engineering, architectural, and construction firm headquartered in Syracuse. He was previously the director of policy and innovation for the City of Syracuse and has served as the director of the Syracuse-Onondaga County Planning Agency.

Corey Williams is currently a senior data analyst for Student Support Services in the Syracuse City School District. He has said that his work is intended to help youth across the city have choices and opportunities that move their dreams toward reality. 

Andrew Lunetta is the founder and executive director of A Tiny Home for Good, a Syracuse-based nonprofit that seeks to help those facing homelessness by providing safe, affordable, and dignified homes. Lunetta aims to provide a sustainable solution to reducing homelessness by emphasizing already existing community networks and working with partners across the region.
