Bo is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs. His research interests are in how technological change impact social inequality. Bo considers his love for technology his biggest hobby and he plays with his 3D-printer at home. He earned a bachelor's in engineering from Tsinghua University in China in 2008, and taught debating for nine years before entering the master of public administration program at the Maxwell School.
