Sarah Souders is a Ph.D. candidate in the Public Administration and International Affairs Department and works in the Center for Policy Research with Professor Robert Bifulco.
Within the field of public administration and public policy, she specializes in education finance, public budgeting and finance, and public policy analysis.
Her research focuses on three main areas: (1) testing public finance and public administration theories in K-12 education; (2) evaluating education policy with an interest in how policies drive resources and influence outcomes and equity; and (3) quantifying the social impact of public policy interventions.
She received an M.P.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and undergraduate degrees in public policy analysis and political science from the Ohio State University.
