The lecturer for 2022 was Susanna Loeb (Brown University). Loeb presented "Scaling Promising Practices Through Tools, Communication, Research, and Adaptation: The Case of High Impact Tutoring in Response to the Pandemic-Induced Learning Needs".
This annual lecture is named in honor of Emeritus Professor, Jerry Miner. Professor Miner is an EFAP faculty associate who is widely known for his research in public finance and education finance. He is one of very few scholars who understands the New York State Education aid formulas. This year's speaker was Susanna Loeb (Brown University).
