Taveeshi Singh's dissertation examines the politics of gender, military labor and securitization in India. Her work has appeared in Gender, Place, and Culture: A Journal of Feminist Geography, Humanities and Social Sciences Online, Films for the Feminist Classroom, and Haymarket Publications. Singh is co-editor of Feminist Freedom Warriors, an online oral history project about transnational feminist social movements. Singh was previously a visiting instructor in the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at Hamilton College.
