Consulting and Training Services

PARCC offers consulting and training services to organizations around the country. Our consulting group specializes in large-group meeting facilitation, citizen engagement, mediation, strategic planning, and both group and organizational-level assessment and development. We help individuals, groups and organizations develop the capacity to understand their issues and manage them productively.

Fostering Teamwork and Collaboration

PARCC provides training that builds collaborative skills of public managers: facilitation, collaborative problem solving, mediation and negotiation. In addition, we specialize in training and coaching labor and management groups in collaborative work, in equipping managers with the ability to engage citizens, and in helping communities to lead change.

Unique to PARCC is our integration of graduate students in consulting and training. For many of our projects, professional students from the Maxwell School assist consulting faculty as recorders, coaches, small group facilitators. They learn and our clients have the benefit of smart, committed future leaders.
