Maurizio Nicolelli ’90 BA (PSc) has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer for EXL, an operations management and analytics firm headquartered in New York City.

As a member of EXL’s senior executive team, Nicolelli will be responsible for the company’s financial and operational leadership. EXL focuses on helping increase client agility to improve their profitability through outsourcing and offshoring. They work with a range of industries, including insurance, healthcare, banking, utilities, travel, transportation, and logistics around the globe. EXL employs more than 31,000 people around the globe.

Before joining EXL, Nicolelli spent the year before as a chief financial officer for Casa Systems. He had previously worked for more than two decades at FactSet Research Systems, most recently as their senior vice president and chief financial officer.
