Rigaud Noel ’04 BA (PSc) has been appointed chief partnership officer by New York Edge, an after-school programming provider working across New York City’s metropolitan region.
Noel previously served as New York Edge’s senior director of public development and educational partnerships. In this expanded role, he will serve as part of the organization’s executive leadership team and help guide its efforts to build and grow partnerships, to help increase funding for after-school programming, and to increase private and grant-supported development revenue.
