Reeher Talks to USA Today About New York’s Two-Part Primary

New York State is conducting primary elections in two parts this year with gubernatorial and certain state elections on Tuesday, June 28, and congressional and other legislative races in late August.
"It's a total mess," says Grant Reeher, professor of political science and director of the Campbell Public Affairs Institute. "It was an embarrassment to the state. ... It doesn't serve the interests of the voters."
